<p>Angry? Don&#8217;t know what to do with your feelings?  How about canning them?  Here&#8217;s a craft project that&#8217;s sure to help you &#8216;can your anger!&#8217;</p>
<p><strong>The &#8220;Can Your Anger&#8221; pious project</strong>!</p>
<p>I recycled an empty coffee container into my own version of a ‘miracle can’ and have named it “Can Your Anger.” I filled it with <a class="zem_slink" title="Flower" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flower">flowers</a>, and it now serves as a silent prayer that all anger be transformed into love.</p>
<p>Here is a photo of my &#8220;Can Your Anger&#8221; Miracle Can with instructions for your to make your own!</p>
<p><a name="more"></a></p>
<div>
<p><strong>Supplies:</strong><br />
White Gesso (primer) * 2 small Foam Brushes &#8211; 1/2 inch size (or any brush) * Paint (of any color of kind you have) * Craft Glue * Photograph of a figure that represents love, peace and tranquility * <a class="zem_slink" title="Water (molecule)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_%28molecule%29">water</a> * flowers</p>
<p>Instructions:<br />
Paint your empty can with a coat of white <a class="zem_slink" title="Gesso" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gesso">gesso</a>, which is the same thing as primer. It creates a &#8220;tooth&#8221; on your can, so that it will hold the paint (no flaking!). I use small foam <a class="zem_slink" title="Brush" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brush">brushes</a>, because they are cheap and can easily be thrown out. (I appreciate fast clean up.) * After the primer dries, put on a layer of paint (<a class="zem_slink" title="Acrylic paint" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acrylic_paint">acrylic</a> is fine; or even house paint) &#8211; color of your choosing. * When dry, paste on picture that you resonate with. My picture is a combination of a <a class="zem_slink" title="Sunflower" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunflower">sunflower</a> and <a class="zem_slink" title="Our Lady of Weight Loss: Miraculous and Motivational Musings from the Patron Saint of Permanent Fat Removal" rel="amazon" href="http://www.amazon.com/Our-Lady-Weight-Loss-Motivational/dp/0142005088%3FSubscriptionId%3D0G81C5DAZ03ZR9WH9X82%26tag%3Dzemanta-20%26linkCode%3Dxm2%26camp%3D2025%26creative%3D165953%26creativeASIN%3D0142005088">Our Lady of Weight Loss</a>; a mighty that I put together. * Fill with water. * Add beautiful flowers. * Feel empowered!</p>
<p>You just created your first &#8220;Can Your Anger&#8221; Miracle Can!<br />
And NOW &#8230; you are</p>
