The Green Tea Diet: Melts Fat

“Better to be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one.” ~ Ancient Chinese Proverb – Last week, while getting my hair ‘done,’ a lovely young woman whose hair was dyed black with a few blue highlights (absolutely fabulous, didn’t have the nerve to do it myself) made me a cup of green tea! The tea was soothing, delicious and while drinking it, I remembered that green tea has been reported to help one lose weight. So, when I got home, I did a bit of digging and reading and here’s what I learned!

After spending some time drinking in the Tim Burton exhibit on a cellular level, Janice Taylor, your weight loss coach and artist, took a break and lighted on a lovely leather bench. i-Phone camera in hand, she quietly snapped an artist sketching a piece of work by another artist! She calls this ‘work of art,’ White Out: Artist to Artist to Artist. A creative loop of sorts. As for the difficulty of this get jiggy puzzle, its white background makes it a bit of a challenge to puzzle together. Enjoy!
